How do i become a staff/helper for plutoniums discord server?

I want to be a helper in the discord server, and help with bo2-support and help everyone and try my best with the issues they are having, is there a possible way you can be a helper or a staff for plutonium?

We don't accept staff applications, we select people by hand.

What Dsso said was correct, to also add - anybody can help anybody else in this community, thats why we have open forums and a discord server. However we do ask that when giving help, be sure to know what you're talking about because if you don't know then you're causing more harm than good.
