Do you have msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, disable/uninstall them.

I mean yeah your gamefiles look clean as well. Not sure what's causing it, upload the .dmp and .txt inside %localappdata%/Plutonium/crashdumps to somewhere and post a link here, so the devs can have a look at it.
