Missing 2 .dll files

When I try downloading the piry.exe file, after I download it and try to run it, im missing the "MSVCP140.dll" and "VCRUNTIME140.dll" file/files. Help please

Xismc MSVP140.dll is a DLL from Microsoft you're missing, it is essential to play the client.
