Game Won't Launch?

Hello, every time I click play in Plutonium on BO2, the console comes up, and then the game opens up and my screen goes black. Then, it minimizes the blank BO2 screen and the console is up and stops at this line: "[DW][Lobby] Handling pubfile "largeheatmap.raw"..." and the game is open on my task bar. But, when I click on it, my screen goes black and it minimizes again - Keep in mind, I can hear the in-game music playing all while this is going on. Please help -- I've reinstalled as well, and that didn't work.
EDIT: I'm also up to date on the DirectX Runtime.

poly999 bloodygerkins execute the following commands in the console that remains open:

r_mode 1920x1080

vid_restart

Just replace 1920x1080 with your screen resolution.
