    I m curious if plutonium does save easter egg progress and also does it save easter egg progress if i use a solo easter egg mod?

      The progress should save. Regarding mods loaded from the Mods menu however, they use separate files to save progress into. So, if you complete an Easter Egg while having a mod loaded from the Mods menu, then it would only save to that mod profile. The console command unlockall should set the completions of Call of the Dead and Shangri-La.
