Moon Filter Removed

I changed the vision files for moon to use the default one for moon and area 51 giving moon a more colourful look as I hate how grey it is
To install, make a vision folder in your t5 raw folder and put these files in there:

Triggatroy19 T5 > Raw > Make a folder called vision and place zombie_moon and zombie_moonhanger18 in there

ChosenUndead not sure i've only tested through plutonium. but the install would be the same as the t5 files just in the bo1 ones if it works i think
