Cant Download Piry

Recently with the new uptade of Plutonium my game stopped working , so i decided re install again my Black Ops 2 using Piry , i already deleted my old Black ops 2 to install the new, but piry its stuck like this every time i Open the program
And yes i have enough space in the disk , i dont know why this happen , if anyone knows please tell me , Thank you! (Also its not my wifi , (i Left the program like 3 hours and still on 1%)

Metaknich Try running it as admin. If that also doesn't work just use the torrent: http://dss0.cc/alterwarez/download/pluto_t6_full_game.torrent
