Changing monitor

I have dual monitors and Plutonium IW5 only opens on my second monitor and not my main. I can't find anything inside of settings to change this. There's a setting in bo2 plutonium that solved this issue but the same thing is not here. Any help would be great

Use Windows + Shift + Arrow Key to change display
