Custom Zombies Crashing

I have my ports open and my friends are able to join but when we have 4 in the lobby and we get to about round 10 the game crashes and everyone dcs, we tried this on every map with the same problem but we are able to play together fine if we use someones dedicated server. My only guess is that my fiance is playing with my on the same ip while the other two are on different ip addresses. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to solve it that would be great so we can play some vanilla lobbies without being forced to play with people we dont know
