I'm currently working on a mod right now called "Quality Of Life" for Call Of Duty: Black Ops II that integrates ReShade and enhanced textures, still working on it though so yeah but it doesn't overhaul the game too drastically. Check my profile for when It's released

There aren't many options and the ones that do exist usually ruin the games artstyle by adding random crap like changing the color of certain textures and smoke effects to blue, making the textures black for no reason and changing the games menu style and background to something completely unrelated from bo2.
