"Error, Unable to join game session"

Self explenatory, me and my friend have been trying to play BO2 Plutonium for a few weeks now (installed from CB Launcher) but NOTHING WILL WORK. We have the same (msot up-to-date) game version. We can join other deticated servers but no matter what, whatever map we pick we cant seem to join eachother. The game errors the message above when joining with the friends list. I have portforwarded both my Ipv4 and ipv6 still nothing. Tried joining via ipv4 and ipv6 without port forwarding. Tried joining with and without the ":port" added to the end of both ip protocols. NOTHING. NOTHING. Tried Radmin VPN, still nothing. But it worked previously when we both had a FitGirl copy of the game. PS: Yes, firewall and defender are both disabled. No other Anti Cheat installed

Nope, neither me nor my friend. Even with Steam open same issue occurs, also in T4 (WaW)
