Does anyone know if there is a way to get this setting on Steam?

yea i know that's probably like a curse word here, but i want to play steam servers!

also this seems to be the only setting i've found that removes the awful stuttering that fucks your look angle

      usually there are 2 ways
One changing a .ini file and finding the max fps/fps cap something like that and changing and saving it

or press the console command in game and type fps or max or cap there should be a specific command for it

once you found it just put the number of frames you want Infront of it and press enter

      Good luck✌️

Also about stutter is because bo1 always has vsync enabled so try to turn that off in .ini file or in console commands too

        GhostRider01250 ahhh thank yuo!
this mostly fixes it, still not perfect tho. also yea i tried literally every setting combination through the settings menu already.

when i last installed bo1 (a couple years ago) it was because my refresh rate was higher than 60. when the Hz was below 60 it ran just fine, but not anymore. idek what changed.

this is the setting in config.cfg i changed FTR:

          Noice dude👌

But you better put a cap to your fps like 120 fps maximum cuz over 120+ the game kinda starts to break a bit
