Problem you are having: I cant play zombies and it doesnt open up, it says "A critical exception occured Execption Code 0xC0000005 Exception Address: 0x0059316A

What have you tried to do already?
Nothing, its such a strange error there is nothing i can do
When did you start having the problem?
