Controller Aiming weird

I feel like aiming with controller is too draggy and gives me a weird feel, you can't tell it's lag in the response because it actually has a good response time but it just feels impossible to be able to aim good (I'm not talking about not having aim assist because I simply try to flick into a random spot in the map to try and see if i can aim well and i just can't because the sens feels weird af) I guess it has to do with the launcher or my software (DS4 / input mapping) but i have no clue what to do anymore if anyone could help me i'd appreciate that.
