launcher crashes

everytime i try to launch it the launcher freezes says "stop responding" then closes im not sure what to do ive tried installing and uninstalling other download methods im really confused and wanna play bo2 im on windows 10 btw

Alternatively, if you're having McAfee, uninstall it.
