I'm new here and need some help.

I already have the steam Bo2 so I just need the launcher based on what I saw. I downloaded the launcher and tried to run it and it's not doing anything, nothing happens, nothing loads, nothing pops up. Tried running as admin and still nothing. What do I do?

Can you open task manager and see if it's running in the background? If yes, end them, add pluto to your antivirus's exclusions and run the launcher again.
Side note: If you don't have dlcs owned on steam, run piry in your bo2 folder, it'll download the dlcs for you.
