Cant install Piry to get all dlc packs

Piry is also not in my bo2 folder and I cant run any of the dlcs because it gives me a textured thingy

Doing that right now on Utorrent where do I put it after I'm done? Back into the bo2 folder?

I just downloaded the torrent and i still don't have any of the dlc maps and cant play them
