Plutonium doesn't start even after i click the exe

well, I downloaded the game via torrent, installed it in the games folder, but when I opened the exe, I was giving an error and saying that I needed to download Framework v.4.0.30319, I downloaded it and when I tried to open the exe again, the game did not opened it, just as if I didn't click on the exe.

Can you show a screenshot of the error? And add Pluto to your antivirus's exclusions.

there is no error screen to print, it is as if I clicked to open the game but it just doesn’t open, as for the antivirus, I’ll see if there’s any block, but I don’t think that’s it -

Antivirus might very well be it, also exclude the plutonium folder in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local.
