cannot run game, menu_content.. all dlcs are installed

Hi guys. I did all discribed in main installation page. All dlcs are downloaded and installed in proper steam folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3
still I cant run the game. what to do?!
