Help, I downloaded the game last night and can't open it

I just downloaded it last night and this appears when i'm trying to open plutonium.exe

And then this appears

Please help.

I did it, and didn't work, it's the same .exe but with the ".new"

JeanerKix935 delete both .exe's and download it from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe then run this one as administrator.

Dss0 I deleted plutonium.exe but when i try to delete plutonium.new it says it's open, i checked task manager and it's not

JeanerKix935 yea it's prolly locked for whatever reason, try restarting your pc and then deleting it.
