no me aparece el piry.exe

hola buenas yo voy a la carpeta que me descarge para instalarme los call of duty y no me aparece ningun archivo llamado piry.exe y ya lo tengo al plutonium instalado y abri el juego con todo seleccionado y no se me abre y despues se cierra todo que hago???? espero que puda recibir una respuesta pronto porque tengo muchas ganas de jugar al call of duty porfa respondanmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Yo tuve el mismo problema y mi solución fue descargar el archivo que te sale en los pasos siguientes llamado plutonium.exe, luego lo abrí y me funcionó (no sé hasta que punto esto es una buena solución pero así fue como lo hice yo)
