Was there a .new file created as well? Delete both of them, the original one and the .new one and redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
Add pluto to your antivirus's exclusions and launch it as admin.

Then delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and launch the updater again.
