When I try to open the game, this window appears

Delete both of the launchers, the original one as well as the .new one, redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and launch this as admin. Oh and another thing, add pluto to your av's exclusions as well.

Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and run the launcher again.
