we played once, tried again today and got ban lol He do another account like "Maybe it's an error?" and got ban for 13 days more
He doesnt install anything or inject, play 1 round yesterday and went to sleep. Sorry for the bad english, i speak spanish

Usually the anti-cheat will only ban if something is indeed injected. Idk any scenarios where it has been incorrect.

He must've injected something into the game, it doesn't just ban people without any reason and 13 days means he must've tried to bypass it by creating another account? Not a good idea. Read the pinned anticheat policy, you cannot appeal your ban. Wait out your time.
