• install all redist's from the redist folder in your game folder
• redownload the launcher from here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
• follow this video guide on how to exclude the pluto clientfiles from scanning in win. defender: https://streamable.com/5giauo
• go to windows security -> app & browser control -> exploit protection -> exploit protection settings
• turn off "randomize memory allocations (Bottom-up ASLR)"
