We tried to play in a custom game and my friend did not let him join my game and we already tried the way to create a game as the plutonium forum says

make sure the host has port forwarded correctly.
Plutonium will not provide support for hamachi, radmin, etc. -
make sure the host has given the proper IP that you can find by googling "whats my ip".
