UPnP still not enabled despite port forwarding and setting network profile to private

I don't know why but I have forwarded both the 0 port and the 4976 port AND set my network profile to private and UpNP is still disabled, I can't find any other ways to fix this, any help?

@BoLT-Spooky that shouldn't matter, by forwarding the port people should be able to connect to you.

@BoLT-Spooky as i said. upnp does not have to be enabled to be able to play private match with friends IF you forward port 4976 instead which you did. So it should work.
