unable to connect to the game.

Good day. I've downloaded the BO2 recently and when i try to connect to servers the game starts loading, then says waiting information of game and then it kicks me back to the main menu and says that was unable to connect to the game. I checked my connection and there is no problem with it. can somebody help me? I would apreciate since a was so excited to play some zombies.
