Bo2 Sound Issue on Pc

I am currently having a problem where I do not hear any game audio, but can still hear all other applications. I have tried installing again, making sure my default audio device is the right one, and have tried changing my audio output. When I go into Windows audio settings, it shows that the bar for plutonium is greyed out where the other bars are adjustable. Here is a screenshot

Ninjafish242 if you havent tried reinstalling the latest version of directX, i'd recommend trying that. it fixed the issue on my laptop
