Stretch not working

So i started playing bo2 multiplayer and i suddenly got black bars around my screen. why? i didnt have that before, is it a new update that made it?

NamelessZ3RO no, you must have changed a setting. Could also try deleting the players folder in the game folder to reset all settings.

Sorry for late response but It didn't work. It might be my graphics card.. and I don't know how to fix it
