The Game Crashes Ingame

when im ingame sometimes randomly my games freezes and then a couple seconds later it turns into a black screen and minimizes itself and when i try clicking it and going back in it keeps minimizing constantly and in the middle of this error i can still hear noises and move, shoot etc can i get a solution to this ?
all of this has been happening to me in zombies. -
