disconnects me while playing

not allowing server to override saved dvar "cg_fov" is what im getting whenever it happens in the cmmd line
it doesnt outright disconnect me it just goes into the loading screen with a missing texture thing everywhere or everyone just runs in place and the server freezes basically i dont know what to do and i cant find anything, maybe im just dumb.

this just means the server tries to override your fov. Unrelated to your issue. Can you make a screenshot or video to show us what exactly is happening?

RektInator well i cant really show you it because itll work for an entire match sometimes.
i either lag out of the map or everything is so laggy i cant even do anything. i genuinely dont think it has something to do with my internet. its even doing it on bo2 but with the connection interrupted message

Hakuwu does point to your internet tbh.. for the missing texture stuff you could try repairing your game by following these instructions:

• download the torrent file and open it in the torrent client of your choice https://dss0.cc/alterwarez/download/pluto_t6_full_game.torrent
• as download location select your bo2 game folder
• deselect "create subfolder/keep top level folder" (very important)
• start the download
