wont start multiplayer

when i start the launcher i get a prompt but then it goes as normal but when i try launch multiplayer it buffers then closes everything what do i do

@Past_Raidss delete both launcher files and get it from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.
