connection interrupted/game freeze every 20 or seconds

every server i join my game will freeze for a good 5 seconds every 20-30seconds and on occasion connection interrupted will pop up. my wifi runs every other game just fine and my ping is stable. any solutions

Try opening nat port, use a wired connection and close every program that use your connection in the background.
