patinum app isnt starting

when i try to lounch platinum.exe hes n ot starting just closing hemself i dont know wtf do can u help me pls i add ur app in firewall exception in windows deffender exception hes not starting anyway i disabled also windows deffender realtime protection anyway hesnt works, bat file doesnt works to. my windows version is 1609 build
