intenta descargando el plutonium.exe update el que te actualiza el juego ami me paso algo similar y descargandolo se me soluciono el problema

@iLAGKy install directx from the redist folder in the game folder.

@lcaart you have to run dxsetup.exe from inside the folder to install it, just having the folder does not mean it's installed.

This is because DirectX isnt installed here https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx
