Can the no Graphic Content Option be added

I want to play the game without Graphic Content as in no Blood or Gore so can you try to add the no Graphic content option that's in the actual game because its not in this version of it so can you add it please.

IKennyAgain well some people are squeamish to say the least they are sensitive to blood gore any of that shit no matter the amount or they can turn that off to get like a 1 FPS difference lol
