Problem with Bo2 servers

I have a problem where when i try to load onto a server it says 'error downloading game settings' this happens on every server so i need some help

I had this problem recently after changing some nvidia control panel settings. Sometimes i would get into a lobby then downloading game settings would come up and just stay there. I fixed it by downloading latest driver and choosing a clean install. Worked fine after that
