PLUTO MW3 DOESN'T LAUNCH

I've succesfully logged in with my account and linked the game to the launcher, yet when I try to launch the game, it displays the following message https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/693071088157982782/700053511874019390/bin_plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe_15_04_2020_20_40_23.png and gets stuck for a minute before closing and saying "could not authentificate plutonium". What do I do?

Revin Your is normally related to some sound or microphone software, such as ASUS SonicRadar or SonicControl. There's another thread that people have discussed this in and included a few other bits of software that thye had cause the problem. The software needs uninstalling. Please direct your replies to the other thread.

@Nox-Aeterna Can you ensure that plutonium-bootstrapper.win32.exe is allowed through your firewall?

Can you let me know who your ISP is?

@Mr-Android my firewall has been disabled for months and my ISP is Vodafone.

Others have reported some software called Nahimic causing this, can you check if thats installed and if so uninstall it?

Alternatively send us screenshots of your installed software and we can check for any that might be causing the problem.
