banned from discord and account problem

I was banned from the discord for some dumb stuff like almost a year ago, and I need help with mw3. Can someone unban me please my disc is tluhq#8994. I also recently got a new phone so I can't sign into my actual account because im stuck on the two step authentication and I had to make a new account in the steam browser.

Dss0 no, im stuck on the 2 factor authenticator thing, and i dont have my other phone so they codes got deleted
