zombies crashing in loading

when i try to join a server in zombies my game starts loading and randomly freezes in loading and my game crashes someone can help me???

Is there a specific error or just the generic "Oops plutonium ran into some problem" error? Might be corrupted basegame, you did use the torrent we link on the official guide right?
