You only have an integrated graphics chip. You're not fulfilling the minimum system requirements to play BO2.

gtnitr_lol well you simply don't have enough ram. Intel HD graphics don't have dedicated video memory so they use the system memory/ram for that. You only have 4GB and windows, programs and the game itself probably already use up most of that so there is not enough left over for your intel hd graphics to utilize.
You can ofc try closing any programs you have running in the background while playing and lowering the graphics settings even more (if not already at minimum).
Other than that the only way to fix it is to upgrade your pc, like Emosewaj said, it's below minimum specs for mw3 and intel hd graphics were never intended for gaming. -
