I have tried searching for servers and none come up.. Please help!

What version are you on? Click on your profile picture in the launcher and check for the core version. If you're on r1065, that's the latest - try restarting your game or restart your router. Could try a vpn as well. But if you're on any version before r1065, you need to update.
