We need screenshots of your game folders. Ensure you've let plutonium.exe though your firewall.

Could you all tell me your ISP's?
Try the following:
Go to start and type Windows Firewall and open "Windows Defender Firewall".
On the window that opens, check the top left and click "Allow an app or feature through windows defender firewall".
Click "change settings".
Click "Allow another app".
Click Browse, find and select plutonium.exe and then click open and then click Add.
Tick both the private and public checkboxes. (If you know you're network type is set to private then just do private but for the sake of troubleshooting, we will assume it might be set to public too)
Click OK.Relaunch plutonium.exe and see if that helps. If it doesn't, send me a screenshot of the error so i can see what is triggering it maybe.

Im still getting the same ill send a screenshot off the error im getting -
help needed it says it couldn't launch the plutonium

MaybeChann This is caused by your date or time being wrong. Another user had the problem and found that his computer clock wasn't synchronized with the rest of the world.

MaybeChann Exactly, right click your clock and go to "adjust date and time". Should get on this window.
Turn on automatic date and time and click sync now.
