Game crashes on loading screen

Everytime i open the game, it says "oops! Plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed. Crash reference ID:
Problem details have been written to"C:/User/AppData/Local/Plutonium/Crashdumps/Plutonium" Then it says a random file or something and it has ".dmp" at the end of it -

Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, quit/disable them.
