Crash game on the map loading screen

either in online or lan mode, I put it to enter the room (online) the map loading screen appears and hangs on the screen waiting for other players and disconnects me from the server or the error "disconnected from the Call of Duty servers appears Black Ops 2 "if I create in lan mode the same error happens, I don't know how to solve it and I really need help because I always wanted to play this game in life and I can't.

Either your internet's too shitty or your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run BO2. I'd probably go with the latter, how much time does it need to load a map? If it's anything greater than like 20 seconds or so then yeah you need to upgrade your PC.

same things happening to me it ran great then all the sudden i logged in one day and it wouldnt load any server

HannesC on my computer it always ran but i formatted it recently and when i went to reinstall the game it presented the error, i did not change any of the parts of my computer and it is above the recommended requirement, is there any way to solve it?

not to mention that I reinstalled all the programs needed to run the games and only black ops 2 was not successful
