Download Website doesn't exist

Apparently the website doesn't exist http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
Everytime I open it, it says that the url is wrong.

And when I download the other link to try that way, after I run it as an administrator and I tells me to press any key to continue, one I press a key it closes the program.

Nevermind, My Network, Comcast Can Block websites without a bypass,
Weird that it's only this site that it did it to.
