não tenho nem anti virus e todos que tem do pc estão desativados.

Delete both the exes, the original one as well as the .new one, redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run this launcher as admin again.

HannesC não funcionou , ele simplesmente abre o launcher do plutonium sendo q ainda não baixou o bo2 para a pasta games nem em outra pasta. o que faço?
