Network Status is locked

I accidentally set my network status to private and I can't change it. It is causing me not to be able to connect to online or see any servers. I just want to know if there is a way to change my Network Status in PLutonium

In Windows 10, open Settings and go to “Network & Internet.” Then, if you use a Wi-Fi network, go to Wi-Fi, click or tap the name of the network you are connected to, and then change the network profile to Private or Public, depending on what you need.
