ERROR TO SAVE UNLOCKALL PROGRESS

Hi! i run the unlockall command and play one match, after that i close the game. When i came back this error appears and don't save my classes and my prestige level.
Please help me!!

Try resetting your stats -
resetstatsin console thenunlockall. Run the launcher as admin as well.
